If a pack does not fit your loadout, send it back. The process is straightforward and returns within DE and AT are free.
30-day return window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The 30 days are counted from the carrier’s delivery date, not the order date. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
How it works
- Email support@beyoda.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We send a prepaid return label by email within one business day.
- Pack the item, attach the label and drop the parcel at the carrier.
- Once received and inspected, you get a refund confirmation by email.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receipt to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider it can take a further 2–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you want a different size, colour or model, mention it in your email. We reserve the replacement and ship it as soon as the return arrives. Any price difference is settled separately.
Return shipping
Free for DE and AT. The prepaid label we send covers the cost — you pay nothing to ship the parcel back.
Exceptions
Items with clear use marks, damage caused by misuse, or missing parts cannot be returned. Manufacturing or material defects are not exceptions — those are covered by the warranty.
