How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery is 2–4 business days within Germany and 3–5 business days to Austria, counted from the shipping confirmation. We dispatch from a DE warehouse.

What does shipping cost?

Free standard shipping on orders over €75 to DE and AT. Below the threshold a flat €4.95 applies. Tracking is included on every order.

How do I return an item?

Email support@beyoda.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We send a prepaid return label, you drop the parcel off, and we refund within 5 business days of receipt. Returns within DE and AT are free.

What does the warranty cover?

A limited lifetime warranty on construction defects: stitching, zippers, buckles and load-bearing panels under normal use. Wear from use, cosmetic marks and accidental damage are not covered. Full terms on the Warranty page.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page lists volume in litres plus dimensions in centimetres and torso fit range. As a guide: 18–25L for daily commute, 28–35L for overnight or carry-on, 40–50L for multi-day hikes.

What are the packs made of?

Mostly 600D and 900D recycled polyester with ripstop nylon panels, YKK zippers and Duraflex hardware. Material, denier and coating are listed under specifications on each product page.

Are the packs waterproof?

Water resistant, not fully waterproof. The face fabric and DWR coating shed rain and splash. For prolonged downpours or watersport use a rain cover or dry bag for the interior.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA where available. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant providers.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once dispatched you receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and link. The first scan can take up to 24 hours to appear after the email.

Do you ship outside DE and AT?

We currently ship to Germany and Austria. Additional EU destinations are being added — if you want to be notified, email support@beyoda.com.
